§ 1

Start of employment

1.   The employment starts on ... and is agreed for an indefinite period.

2.   The first three months of the employment are considered as trial period.

3.   During the trial period the employment can be terminated with a period of notice of four weeks.

§ 2

Occupation

1.   The employee shall be employed as ... with workplace in ... However, the employer reserves itself the right to employ the employee at another branch of the company and/or in a different function, if this should be required for business reasons.

2.   The employee commits him/herself to perform the tasks in the context of his or her occupation conscientiously and as good as he/she can, further to safeguard the employers interests and to devote his/her whole working capacity exclusively to the employer.

3.   The performance of any other secondary job, irrelevant of the remuneration, requires the previous written consent of the employer. The consent, however, shall only be refused, if the intended secondary job would interfere with the completion of the concrete contract or would cause a disruption in any other way.

4.   During the term of the contract the employee will not participate directly or indirectly in a company which is
